This information is used by EXPLO to provide general statistics regarding use of the EXPLO Website. This refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers or similar personal identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health condition or information, or other employment, financial or health information.
When you register with EXPLO, your information is stored in a secure server environment and is protected behind a firewall. The information that is transmitted back and forth is scrambled with the aid of encryption technology. Because of this, we require that your browser be capable of supporting 256-bit encryption. When you are accessing pages on the Website, you can tell if you are in a secure area by looking for the “padlock” symbol at the bottom of your browser window.
We collect and process payment information from you when you purchase services from EXPLO, including credit card numbers and billing information, using third party PCI-compliant service providers.
The Websites are not intended for or targeted at children under 13, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13 without parental consent. EXPLO is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives under the Privacy Shield Framework and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, EXPLO is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, EXPLO may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
