special weekend events Special weekend events – for which you must sign-up in advance – are offered in addition to our regularly programmed weekend trips and are not required. [Students sign-up for our regularly programmed weekend trips during the summer. See weekend trips for a listing of our typical weekend trip options.] There is an additional fee for these special weekend events. All lodging, transportation, meals, tickets, and organized events (other than spending money) are included in the event prices listed below. If you are interested in our special weekend events, you will need to sign up in advance on your application. During the summer, you may drop a special weekend event with parental permission.
