a vibrant community

Living in a community rich with new ideas, interests, and opinions will challenge your conception of the world and your place in it. The Senior Program creates an environment in which you’ll find yourself stretching the bounds of your “normal” group and forming friendships with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. You may find yourself playing soccer on a team where most people do not speak English as their first language, or you might have a roommate whose religious beliefs and customs differ greatly from your own. Exploration fosters an environment in which every person is a valued part of the whole.

opportunity + responsibility

One of the best things about student life at Exploration is that you make it happen. We have high expectations of our students, and we trust you to challenge yourself and make the most of your opportunities. We do, however, have rules which everyone has to follow. Our rules are designed for your safety and well-being, and we have strict consequences for rule violations that might jeopardize the health and safety of you or any other member of the Explo community. At the Senior Program, we respect you as young adults and give you independence, yet provide you with a supportive structure.
