Surrounded by Gothic-style buildings and featuring a beautifully landscaped residential quadrangle, Yale’s historic Old Campus is the perfect summer home. It is a place where you can play a game of ultimate Frisbee, enjoy a special evening concert, or read under the shade of a tree. Conveniently located in the heart of Yale University, the Old Campus houses a number of classrooms and is within walking distance of academic facilities for visual and performing arts as well as lab sciences.
The Old Campus is located near Commons (the University dining hall), Payne Whitney Gymnasium, Sterling Memorial Library, two Yale art museums, and the Chapel Street and Broadway shopping areas.
