arrival + departure Residential students should arrive on campus between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on the opening Sunday of each session. The opening day meeting for residential students begins at 4:00pm. Parents must leave campus before this meeting. First-session day students are encouraged to register from 6:30pm to 8:00pm on the Sunday evening prior to the start of each session. However, day students may choose to register in the morning of the first Monday of either session if they wish. Registration information will be mailed to enrolled families. by plane Students flying into Logan International Airport, Boston (BOS) are met at the baggage claim areas in their terminals by Exploration staff members and transported by one of our buses to the Wellesley College campus on arrival days. Students should arrive in Boston between 12noon and 5:00pm on arrival day. It is to the advantage of the student to arrive at the Program as early as possible within these times in order to have time to settle in before the evening orientation meeting. In order to arrange for a pick-up, students must send us, in writing, the airline, flight number, and plane’s arrival time. You will receive a form for this once you enroll. Departure day reservations should be scheduled between 8:00am and 1:00pm. by train Train pick-ups are made only at the Route 128 station on arrival days. Students should not travel into Boston stations. In order to arrange for pick-up, we must receive, in writing, the train number, point of origin, and arrival time for each student. Students should plan to arrive between 12noon and 5:00pm on arrival day. Departure day reservations should be made between 8:00am and 1:00pm. by car Registration opens at 1:00pm.
