ComedySportz
ComedySportz is a fun, fast-paced comedy and improv show where two teams battle for laughs and points as they make up scenes, games and songs on the spot. The audience votes for the winners, a referee calls the fouls and they might even pull you up on stage! You supply the performers with silly and ridiculous scenes and they’ll supply the laughs.

Tuesday, August 4
Brain Wars
Logic puzzles, brain-teasers, riddles, and other mysteries of the mind? Put these potent weapons to the test! Earn water balloons for great teamwork and excellent problem-solving abilities to use during an all-out battle at the end of the event. Soak your opponents with your superior intellectual skills at Explo Brain Wars!

Wednesday, August 5
Cruise Night
Come dance the night away as we sail around on a private cruise boat through beautiful, moonlit Boston Harbor. Whether you enjoy pirouettes or piracy, this cruise night is for you. Gaze at the gorgeous Boston skyline, enjoy 2 decks of dance music with a professional DJ, grab some grub, play board games, sing karaoke and enjoy the company of the friends you’ve made on one of the most memorable nights at Explo.

***Note to Day Students: if you choose to attend Cruise Night (and we hope you do!), you must stay overnight this evening due to the trip’s late night return.***

Thursday, August 6
Off-Broadway Afternoon
Has your Hip-Hop class been working on a stellar routine for presentation day? Have you written an incredible song in “School of Rock”? Showcase three week’s worth of hard work by performing for your peers in the Keohane Sports Center! Rock with your dance routine, overwhelm us with your acting monologue, and make us laugh with your improv. Come one, come all, as we cheer on Explo for all of our accomplishments this summer!

Explo Team Challenge!
Teamwork is the name of the game when you and your fellow team members navigate through an evening of surprise challenges and even better rewards! Will you and your team be ready?

Friday, August 7
Closing Ceremony
Come strut your stuff on the red carpet, because you’re invited to an exclusive Explo-only event, which will include dancing and the famous Explo Slideshow. We’ll look back on our last three weeks together and remember the good times, the great times, and all that we’ll take with us. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you’ll dance for joy! Go Explo!

Main events occur every evening between 7:15 and 8:30 PM. Day students are encouraged to stay late to take part in our evening festivities. Intermediate Program main events often feature performers, speak outs, student dances, theme nights, student and staff talent shows, and special evening trips.
