It always feels to me as if we're creating an ideal world from the ground up. It sounds overly peachy and idealistic, but the place truly is a giant, self-revising brainstorm. Ninety or so of the brightest and most good-natured people in the world keep it spinning, and they're fueled in turn by hundreds of happy kids. The system is airtight. -- Andrea Mazzariello |

The next three pages list the job descriptions and salaries of the postions for which Exploration is hiring. The available positions have been grouped based on the number of faculty we hire for each position. Page 2 lists just one position, Instructor, but it is the postion in which we hire the most faculty (over 50 spots are available for this position at each of our Programs). On Page 3, we list positions for which we offer between 4 and 15 spots at each of our Programs. On Page 4, we list specialized and technical positions for which we have 1 or 2 spots available at each of our Programs. Important Note to Applicants As you review the position descriptions on the following pages, bear in mind that every faculty member, regardless of position, is bound by the expectation to perform any and all of the unwritten tasks that are deemed necessary for the continued operation of our Program during the summer. These tasks may or may not fall within a specific job description. They may include being stationed at a safety checkpoint, cleaning up after an activity or performance, or any number of tasks necessary to maintain the safety of the Exploration community and overall success of the Program. |
