Families may be charged if a student’s room is left dirty or in a state of disarray. Parents are responsible for any damage beyond the deposit. If there is no damage, this amount will be refunded to the person responsible for billing by late September. Miscellaneous Accounts are used to cover weekend and evening trip fees at all three Programs, and student spending money at the Junior Program. This account can be supplemented by parents at any time. Parents should provide students with separate travel money to return home. All unused amounts, except those covered by scholarship, will be returned to the person responsible for billing by late September. insurance information All participants are required to have coverage from a U.S. based accident and health insurance provider. International participants and others without this coverage will be billed each session for a short term accident/health policy. discounts The prices above include a discount given to students enrolling in both sessions. If two or more students in a family are attending any of the Exploration Programs, each student will receive a discount of $75 per session. Students whose parents are employed by Yale University, Wellesley College, or St. Mark’s School receive a discount. Please contact our admissions office for details.

rate notes All fees are in US dollars. Residential tuition includes room and board. There is a $75 processing fee for all international student applicants to cover the costs of international mailings and phone calls.
