Applying to EXPLO
Admission to EXPLO 360 is contingent upon space availability, as well as age considerations. Students may enroll for one or two sessions. Space in residence halls and courses is reserved upon the receipt of a completed application and deposit.
Because course enrollment is limited, we recommend that you submit your completed application and make your course selections as soon as possible in order to ensure course choices.
International Students
Please note, you must be an intermediate- or advanced-level English speaker in order to take part in EXPLO 360. Beginning English speakers are not eligible for EXPLO 360 and should look instead at our EXPLO English programs. Please contact our admissions office if you have questions about which program is appropriate for your family.
Reserving a Space
An online application and deposit is used to reserve your space at the program. Our online applications are powered by InfoSnap, a leading provider of online applications for independent schools and summer programs. Click on the "Start Application" button at the top of this page to begin the registration process.
When you submit your online application, you will be prompted to pay your deposit via credit card, check, or bank wire. Please note that credit cards are accepted for online deposits only, not for final payment. Final payments must be made by check, domestic wire, or international cable.
Upon receipt of a completed application and deposit, our program registrars will send you a confirmation of enrollment.
Online School Evaluation
Within two weeks of enrollment, applicants must have a teacher or guidance counselor submit an online school evaluation form. Our online recommendation process is powered by SchoolRecs, a subsidiary of InfoSnap. Click here to start the online recommendation process.
You are required to have a school evaluation form submitted to EXPLO (a) if this is your first year applying to EXPLO; (b) if it's been more than two years since you last submitted your school evaluation form; or (c) if you are applying to EXPLO Focus of EXPLO English.
Medical Forms + Additional Registration Materials
After enrollment, you will receive information about additional registration materials and medical forms that are required for registration. Students will not be allowed to attend any EXPLO program unless we receive all medical forms and other registration materials prior to the start of the program.
